Can I change plans as my practice grows?
Yes. Service plans are designed to scale with your practice. You can upgrade to a higher tier as your admin needs increase, or adjust down if your requirements change. We'll review your plan regularly to ensure it continues to fit.
What happens if I use all my monthly hours?
We'll discuss this during your consultation. Options include upgrading to the next plan tier, purchasing additional hours at an agreed rate, or prioritising tasks for the following month. I'll always communicate with you before any hours threshold is reached.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. I work with a 30-day notice period on both sides. This gives us both enough time to adjust or transition if circumstances change, without rigid long-term commitments or complicated exit processes.
What practice management systems do you work with?
I'm experienced with Gensolve, Medtech Evolution, Best Practice Software, Ezybook, and Splose. If you use a different system, I'm happy to learn it during the onboarding process. Most NZ healthcare systems share common workflows, so adaptation is usually straightforward.
How quickly can we start?
In most cases, structured support can begin within 14 days of engagement, subject to capacity and system access being set up. The initial consultation, scope agreement, and onboarding are designed to be efficient without compromising on quality or security.
