No. The initial 30-minute consultation is free and no-obligation. It's a chance for both of us to see if working together makes sense for your practice.

What if I'm just exploring options and not ready to commit?

That's completely fine. I'm happy to discuss your situation even if you're just gathering information. Many practices take a few weeks or months to make a decision, and I respect that process.

How quickly can you respond to urgent inquiries?

I check emails throughout the business day and typically respond within 4 hours. If your matter is genuinely urgent, you're welcome to call or text my mobile directly.

What information should I include in my message?

Do you work with practices outside of Auckland?

Yes. As a virtual service, I work with healthcare practices throughout New Zealand. Physical location doesn't matter – I just need secure access to your practice management system and clear communication channels.
