Hi, I'm Richard Ross

I founded Radmin Edge to solve a problem I saw repeatedly throughout my career in New Zealand healthcare administration: brilliant clinicians spending precious hours on administrative tasks that kept them from what they do best, caring for patients.

After more than a decade working in medical practices across Auckland, I've seen firsthand how admin overload affects both practitioners and patient care. I've watched dedicated doctors stay late to clear inboxes, physiotherapists juggle scheduling between treatments, and practice managers struggling to keep multiple systems running smoothly.

My Healthcare Background

My journey in healthcare administration began over 10 years ago in Auckland's medical practices. I've worked across general practice, allied health, and specialist clinics, learning the unique workflows, compliance requirements, and systems that keep New Zealand healthcare practices running.

This experience gave me deep familiarity with the practice management systems you use (Medtech Evolution, Gensolve, Best Practice Software, Ezybook, and Splose) as well as the nuances of ACC coordination, the NZ Privacy Act 2020, and the specific admin challenges facing Kiwi healthcare providers.
